Estuve en Pacific con mi novia por 02 noches y era la primera vez que nos hospedabamos en un hostel donde tienes que compartir la mayor parte de las cosas y en realidad la pasamos genial, fue una experiencia muy agradable, el hotel es como una pequeña familia, Todos muy buena onda y ambles, los recepcionistas siempre dispuestos ha ayudarte ante cualquier consulta o duda. La ubicacion del hotel es privilegiada se encuentra en el centro de SFO a pocos metros de China Town, de union square, etc, todo esta cerca caminando.

Simply a great hostel. From the moment that I stepped into this hostel it felt like I was among friends. It's a fairly small hostel, but that is one of the reasons it has such a great vibe. You can take part on the group activities that vary by day. Staff is great and they really make you feel welcome. Communal area is quite modest but then again when you are travelling you are most likely outside of the hostel most of the time. Location is really good! Walk distance from the BART but still it feels safe to go out in the night time. I can definitely recommend!

I have stayed at this hostel many times and each time I enjoy it as much as the first time! This is a very social, peaceful hostel with staff that make the experience that extra bit more epic!! Hostel has great amenities, staff always go above and beyond... I don't have a bad thing to say about it!! 5* rating by a long way!!!

Would happily move into this hostel for the rest of my life. Really awesome place, an amazing atmosphere with excellent amenities and just the most welcoming vibe I've ever experienced in a hostel! There were two impromptu performances by world class musicians in the common room whilst i was there, and there's all ways exciting and interesting things happening, with PTW as the epicentre. I turned up in san fran with no idea what to expect, but the staff at PTW will sort you out with all the low key, underground, overground, touristy, off the grid, everything you could ask for.

The best hostel in San Francisco! I chose Pacific Tradewinds in San Francisco due to the good review and location. In the end, they were below the reality: not only are they well located (close to all transportation services, close to market Street, Embarcadero..., safe neighborhood for a solo girl at night), but also are the staff amazing, friendly, always willing to make you as happy as possible. The ambience that they create with all the guests make you feel that you are among friends/family.
