The staff is very helpful and makes sure everything is comforable. Moreover, the hostel was cozy and really social. If you are looking to meet people, this place is very convenient.

I had a great time staying at this hostel. It was really close to everything I needed, everything was within walking distance. Additionally, it was a very relaxed and social environment. Staff was super chill and helpful. the bedrooms are a bit small but the living area is where all the fun is at. I stayed for a job interview and ended up getting the job! so I'll likely be visiting again in the near future. Also! If you are bringing valuable items, I recommend bringing a lock for your locker. I didn't bring one and had no problems but I would for next time.

The place was very Cozy and kept very clean. The staff I interacted with, Courtney and Eri, were extremely welcoming and gave me great suggestions on what to do in the city. Got a great rate on a bike rental as well by staying here! If I find myself coming back to SF, I hope they'll have room for me to stay again. You guys were great and very welcoming! Great communication from the moment I booked to the moment I left. I'll definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay! Easy to get to on the BART from the airport friendly hosts close to great food and drinks. Nothing to complain about. What's not to love about this place?

The location is well situated, very near Chinatown and public transportation. The place is basically like a hostel with a lot of sociallizing. Showers are a bit small but sufficient. Love the storage space under the bunk beds, very big. Thank you to the receptionist that help us carry some of our luggage up the stairs. Really appreciate that. :-)
