Great people and Hostel! All the time very very helpful and always good for having fun :)) Thanks a lot and I totally fully recommend this clean and familiar hostel. If you want to explore San Fran with meeting nice people and simply having a good time - choose this House! I´m sure you will like the relaxed evenings togeher with the nice staff and other backpackers and maybe doing some cooking together ;)
There are not enough words to describe how perfect this place was. The facility was clean and a very cozy stay. I always leave a piece of my heart in every place that I travel to but I left a very big portion of my heart at Pacific Tradewinds in San Francisco. I met so many people who I will never forget. I was a lone traveler who had never been to SF and they immediately took me under their wing and made sure I felt welcome and loved. I cannot thank all the hosts and other guests enough for making it such an amazing experience. I made many lifelong friends in such a short amount of time.
This was my first experience staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed it. The hostel is a great value with amazing staff and great community feel. They offer a lot of extras like free food and community outings on different nights. Awesome stay and would come back again!
The Place was MUCH better than expected! Thats a real Hostel! Clean, cool people to hang out with and in Downtown San Francisco! Really enjoyed my time there!
The hosts were very friendly. They helped me carry my luggage to my room, extended my stay without a hassle, and just overall had high energy and a welcoming nature.
This was my first experience at a hostel and my first trip to SF, and this place made for a really fun stay. The team is friendly and helpful, and as a woman travelling solo, I always felt safe and comfortable here. Would definitely stay here again!
You have to visit this hostel. It is a small sweet warm great fantastic unforgettable family! It is a MUST in San Francisco. Located in the heart of the city. Very clean, with all what you need. It’s was a great stay at the pacific hostel! The treatment of the staff is amazing, and whenever you don’t know what to do they are always willing to give you ideas or places to visit! It’s also amazing the amount of diversity you can find here, I met people from all around the world !! Thank you for this magnificent time !!
I just arrived there and met a great family (the staff). I moved from "I'm alone and don't know anybody" to "We are all in the same boat sailing fast empowered by the pacific trade winds".
When I realized I was decorating the Christmas tree with them, having fun and chatting. I didn't have anything planned for that weekend... but, the fact is, I didn't need to have plans. The best thing was just to be alive and open to let things happen. Let's go to a Bar (- of course!), or Santa con (- I'm in), what about a museum (- yep!), or a walk (-I'm ready)...
