The staff is super friendly and understanding
We stayed a couple of days at the hostel and it was very friendly and cozy! It has a great location between Chinatown and Financial District, the staff is super friendly and understanding and they actively engage so people can really meet each other at the hostel. Thanks!

Everyone one there is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and I really didn't suffer like the normal hostels you see in other locations. Checking in was pretty easy and checking out was even easier. The storage space is big enough to put all your belonging and feel safe about them. You get to meet new people and have a nice chat. I strongly recommend the place and would definitely stay here again in my next visit to SF.
I met really cool people from all over the world
The space is great and the staff has good energy. I was staying for one night and I met really cool people from all over the world. The hostel is a great deal everything you need is nearby! Shout out to Bailey, Olivia and Jake for being so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hostel to any travelers staying in San Francisco.
Simply wonderful experience
Simply wonderful experience. I met several Brazilians at the hostel, which made me feel even more welcome. Not only that, the hostel staff goes beyond imagining to make us feel good in their environment. I wish some 5 star hotels could learn from this team.
Very clean and comfortable room
Very clean and comfortable room. Staffs and people are nice. Location is good and safe, close to the metro and bus stop, you can even go to Ferry Building by walk. Will definitely recommend here to anyone who wants to find a good place with lower price in SF!
A homey experience in SF
Man, I loved this place. It's a small hostel that feels like staying at your friends place. I loved the free wash your socks idea. Everyone is welcome to drop their smelly socks in a bin at the entrance and they will be magically clean the next morning :) Not only that, the sense of community is like nothing else. WhatsApp group to socialize with the other guests and plan activities, free toast and coffee in the morning... Awesome. I will come back soon!
Friendly, welcoming and helpful
I stayed for 3 nights and was immediately struck by how friendly, welcoming and helpful the staff at the hostel were. There were lots of activities going on and the staff had plenty of suggestions for things to do and kept us up to date with local events. Hope I get to stay again in the future.
