This was a great first time experience in a hostel! Staff was great, very welcoming, and had plenty of fun activities! I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat(:

Excellent Experience. Nice place to stay and visit San Francisco, the guys of the hostel are very funny and help me a lot to find the best places to visit in the city. They have good activities in the hostel and in the city to do everyday. I hope to come back soon.
The hostel is clean and located near China Town. The guests and staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is great place to stay located in the heart of SFO with all the amenities. Great hosts and and a good bunch of people to hang out with. I regret not having spent much time there though.
Pacific Tradewinds Hostel is probably one of the most affordable places to stay given its ideal location in the heart of San Francisco! Many attractions like Fishermans Wharf, Union Square, Coit Tower, Chinatown, and so on are easily walkable from the hostel, apart from the nearby bus stops and BART station. The staff are super friendly and gave us a load of useful information to help us plan our time in the city. They also plan activities everyday which brings together the many travellers who stay here as well! Anyone looking to stay near the touristy spots should check this hostel out!
