My new favorite. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they created an extremely social environment in the common area where I met many awesome people. The entire hostel was amazingly clean and there was even a free sock wash! Definitely rated highly in my books for any traveller looking for a conveniently located bed to sleep in! “I was honestly a little nervous on the night I was set to arrive, because I’d never stayed in a hostile before. But my worries were immediately assuaged by friendly staff, a very organized check-in process, a clean bed, and friendly bunkmates. I stayed for 3 nights and never had any issues – it was actually quite a refreshing change from the loneliness of an overpriced hotel room. Next time I’m in SF on my own dime I look forward to staying again.”

I love this Hostel! The location is really convenient, so you can easily get a train and buy. Also you can walk to the pier areas. The equipment was good enough. Among the most important is that there are a lot of kind and nice staffs at the counter. They tell you about everything you need during the trip! Thank you all. Enjoy SF.

First of all, the hostel is in a great location right by chinatown and a 40 min walk to Fishermans Wharf! It's also close to the Bart train which is a plus. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean. The other hostelers were also very friendly and I've made a couple of friends along the way. Hope to be back soon!

This was my first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have gone better. The staff was friendly as were the other hostel goers. Clean and well organized. They were also in a wonderful location right in the heart of San Francisco. I'd recommend this to everyone!

Overall stay was pleasant. The front desk is very friendly and helped us with our bags. We did run into a overbooked bed situation that was quickly resolved. The dorm style rooms were neat and bathrooms were clean. I would stay again.
