They provided excellent service. Clean, organized, easy to check in/out. I was able to store my luggage after checking out and took it back later.

This was probably the best hostel experience I have had so far. Both the staff and other travelers were extremely friendly, the location was great (downtown SF and minutes away from Chinatown), and everything was clean. The bedrooms were a little bit cramped, but considering the price and location, it was still a great deal. I would definitely stay here again in my future trips to San Francisco.

Here I found an affordable-happy place right in the middle of everything. Location is probably one of the best things about it, for a tourist like me, it was very convenient to be able to visit iconic places in a walking distance. About the space, I stayed in a room with 7 other people, which were all very nice, from all over the world. Every bed has its own storage that you can lock to store your belongings. Probably the only thing I didn't like was how noisy the place can be late at night. The team managing the hostel is always willing to help you.

The staff was great! Very helpful tips on how to get around & where to park in the city. Great place to stay, friendly atmosphere, cool guests, they have everything you need, and local to Chinatown. I'll be back and refer friends on where to stay, ;-) You guys are great! Thanks for everything!

I've never stayed at a hostel before, but this was so much fun! Both the staff and the guests where amazing people! It was clean, the bathroom with shower was great and the bedrooms had a lot of space for the luggage. When I'm cooming back to San Fran I'm definitely gonna stay at this hostel! I just loved the place, it was so chill and a lot of nice people! Continue with the same thing, you're doing a great job!
