The Hostel is perfectly positioned in San Francisco for you to be able to get to pretty much any part of the city. the staff are amazingly helpful andgive you a complete run down of where to go, what to see and how best to do it. Highly recommend going here if you are used to hostel living and game for a laugh.

From the moment I arrived the staff were really friendly and they even take you out with them at night. They act like friends, not tour guides. It is like a big house and even though some people are long term, they are still friendly. In Chinatown which mean there is good cheap Chinese food around. The restaurant at the bottom gives you a huge feed for around 7 bucks. Clean hostel and free internet, what more could you want?

I was in town for a conference and did not get much of a chance to hang out at the hostel, but I was comfortable and my stuff was secure, and the place was kept nice and clean. The management was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.
Brilliant. Excellent staff, excellent company, great location - within easy walking distance of all major areas of San Fran. Great value and great fun.
Highly recommended, very good location right in the middle of everything, clean and secure. Small and very friendly, feels much more like home than a hostel, quite rare. Brilliant staff and everything you may need is provided.
The little map you gave me at check in was invaluable in my trip. It went everywhere with me and was a GREAT help.
