I really enjoyed my stay in Pacific Tradewinds.Not gorgeous from the outside but once you step inside your made to feel very welcome.The people who run the hostel treat it like a home which is lovely,the rooms have large lockers for each person,very relaxed atmosphere.Maybe only drawback is no lift but the people who run the hostel are happy to give a helping hand with your bags.I really enjoyed my stay here unfortunatley didn't have enough time to spend with the people as i was a bit rushed

Friendly staff welcomed me in and made me feel right at home. The hostel has a really good atmosphere with most of the travellers socialising in the common room, so even if you're travelling alone you'll meet plenty of likeminded people!

Probably one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in

Probably one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in - I can't rave enough about Pacific Tradewinds. Very clean, great location, helpful staff and a wonderful friendly vibe. Perfect for solo travellers who want to meet people and to have a constant source of local knowledge on hand. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in SF.

The hostel was an amazing place to stay at! The people were so friendly and I made lots of friends. The manager Dave was very welcoming and a great guy, as well as all the staff who were working at the time of my stay. The accomidation was great and kept very clean. This is the second time i have stayed at the hostel and will come back again for sure. Thank you Pacific Trade Winds!!!
