I loved the atmosphere. The staff help to make the place feel like a a welcoming, relaxed, fun community. If I'd had the time I would've loved to have stayed on and worked their for a bit. It was the perfect place to stay as a single female traveller in such a fantastic city!

Great location, very helpful staff will show you what to do in San Fran. Only negative is a bit of a trek up the stairs to get to rooms but please dont let that put you off this place. Certainly not a party hostel, but its close enough to bars should you want a beer or two. Talking of beers, $2 Buds in the sports bar round the corner - happy days!!! Thanks guys!
I had a great time in San Fran !! and alot of it was down to the people I met at the hostel, both guests and staff. I was travelling on my own and so its always a highlight to meet new people and that was really easy to do at this hostel as its small, personal,friendly and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it felt more like a big shared house and I really loved the communal spirit. Would def come back to stay next time in San Fran !

I was only there for one night as I was passing through SF, but I wish I could have stayed there longer. The other guests seemed really cool and were easy to get along with.
