This hostel is exactly what I've been looking for: not too big so that people can actually talk to each other, not to bold so people don't get the feeling they have to be cooler than they would want. I arrived there completely jet-lagged, and got out of there batteries full after only one night. The staff is great, welcoming and interesting. I highly recommend this hostel!

We really enjoyed our stay ! Were supposed to stay for only 3 nights, eventually stayed for one week. Friendly hostel, very cool team,super clean, really welcoming, perfect location. We had a wonderful time there. Too bad we couldn't stay one more week.

First hostel I've ever been to I was really nervous and didn't know what to expect. Well! After travelling up four flights of stairs I found it to be comfy, friendly, helpful and just an awesome experience! The location is perfect and safe. If you have any questions about anything the staff will try their best to help you out. They have WiFi, a cute kitchen, good showers, you have to pay $7 for 1 load of laundry if you want it done but they do it for you fold it and leave it on your bed the next afternoon.
The location is really good to travel the SF (China town, Union square, pier 39, golden gate bridge, Lombard streets and so on). Bus stop and Bart station are also close to the hostel. I can't speak English well, so it was little bit difficult to understand the other's conversation. but staffs were kind. and did best for the convenience:) I recommend this Hostel to sociable person:)
