They created a really friendly environment for guests, and the spot is easy to get anywhere in SF. Had a really good experience here.

Great location, very close to public transportation. Also very close to lots of great Chinese restaurants. Very enjoyable place :) Great location and quiet hour!
The description given by the hostel is complete and correspond to what is it like. It is a small structure but you quickly feel at ease and the staff offers you a great welcome, being available to your questions. The situation is perfect, close to everything. Transportation is easy to take nearby and a lot of sites are accessible by walking, especially the front and the embarcadero. Contact with other travellers is really easy and if you want to meet people from around the world it a great place to go.
What a great value. The friendly team of people who run this place as well as its central location made my stay here pleasant at the very least. If you're a traveler breezing through town after town on a travel binge, this is the place for you. They give you towels, wash your socks, even play board games with you when you call it a day after some essential urban hiking. How much more than that do you need? PS. Thanks for the food & drink recommendations, Albert! Everything was great. Seriously.
Great atmosphere, very friendly and only nice people. This place is clean and there is a great vibe. It's more like a college dorm. Everything is available in the kitchen for use, some free food too.
This hostel was pretty good to stay. Many guys from all over the world and you can hang out with them, which was pretty cool.
Staffs are friendly, fun and helpful. Nice location and room is clean. Most of roommates have good manners. On the 4th floor, so you can do some exercise everyday:) Recommend. Nice place :) Thanks.
I'm very happy I chose this hostel to stay at for a couple of nights. First of all is safety. Using a key fab and/or key, with a double enforced, gated doors creates real security which is needed in this big city. Second, the location is great. Its right in the middle of things downtown. Third, the staff is great. They are friendly and helpful. When checking in with all your stuff, they ask is you want help lugging your stuff up to the 3rd and 4th floor to where the hostel is. They know how to get around the city and give you all kinds of helpful hints to get around.
The hostel itself was situated in an interesting location, next to China town. Common area was well set up.
