I could not have asked for a better experience. The location was very convenient - a short walk from the Bart station. The place was very clean, very organized, very friendly. It was a 4th fl walk-up but I had help with my luggage so it wasn't too big a deal. I stayed in an all-girl bunk room. Beds were strong, easy to climb up, very comfortable - with nice blanket, plenty of towels. Each bed was allocated a locker that easily fits luggage. I would highly recommend it, and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in SF.

This place is cool. Staffs are really nice and helpful and location is very good. Safe and clean and you can make friends there also.

The neighborhood was relatively quiet on weekends - understandable since the hostel's located in the Financial District, but it still felt pretty safe. The location was good as well, as tourist attractions like the aquarium and other destinations at the piers were very easy to get to.

Our time here was fantastic, exactly what we were expecting from the description. Staff and guests were all great. The room was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. Great location, super close to walk to buses and restaurants/bars. Although we had lots to do so didn't spend a lot of time hanging out in the common area, when we did everyone was friendly :) We loved San Fran and would stay here again.

Great location, easy walking distance to all the major attractions, restaurants and experiences. Staff were very friendly and helpful even when I had problems getting to the property due to train delays. The accommodation was clean, safe and secure. It had great facilities and my day tour coach had no problems picking me up from the location. Great location, clean and safe and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

If you plan on having a great and unforgettable stay in SF, this is the place you want to go! Staff is really nice and the location is very convenient! I spent five amazing days there! Hopefully I can get back one day! Thanks again for everything, it was amazing!
