As soon as I arrived Brian offered me a glass of water and Shelley made me a cup of tea. It was really a cool place. No complaints from me!

Great hostel. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions/concerns. Location was pretty good for SF. I'd stay there again.

This hostel is worth its weight in gold and if your planning on seeing San Fransisco on the cheap then this is an excellent choice. The staff are very friendly and a step beyond helpful (giving you all sorts of tips on what to see and do so that you make the most of your stay). There is a kitchen with free pasta etc. We have had a fantastic time here and much of our enjoyable stay is attributable to this hostel and its staff.
Loved it here, amazing atmosphere, everyone is really friendly and helpful. Would come back tomorrow!
