We just loved this place!

Great fun, a mini-madhouse. Fantastic restaurant recommendation (House of Nanking). Good sturdy beds. Things seemed small but given the fantastic location who can complain?

The place was clean and the staff really made you feel welcome.

The staff were ridiculously friendly and helpful. Show me where to go and where was good and made the place feel like a home. You can tell that they really love the city and love to show it off.

Having travelled most of the world I've stayed in a lot of Hostels and this is one of my favourites. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic!!

Stayed there for 3 days in Feb 2008. This place is right next to china town and located well for most areas of the city, but what makes this hostel exceptional is the friendliness of the staff and the way your made so welcome and able to fit straight into the San Fran vibe. Excellent excellent excellent, and Chris's $3 poached egg breakfasts are awesome!

What lovely people! Was only there for a couple of days and really had to drag myself away, was made to feel so welcome, great staff, that's what it's all about. Oh and perfect yolks!
