The staff here couldn't be more helpful. The hostel is small(36 beds) and has a good vibe . It is clean and really comfortable. It is certainly one of the better hostels I have stayed in. You also get a great workout climbing the stairs. If you're looking for a bed in San Fran this is the best place to start.
