PT has a 'home away from home' atmosphere - it feels like a large flat rather than a hostel, which contributes and enhances one's experience of SF, and also the US.
Everyone was welcome and ready to have a geat time. Very warm, almost a family like atmosphere
The volunteers are very helpful and friendly. They bring up a young and fun atmosphere to the hostal and make us like being a home.
It was a bit of a surprise that there were no doors. At first, it made us uncomfortable (we are reserved Brits!) but when we got used to the idea, we really liked it and almost prefer it to other styles of hostel because it really promotes a trusting environment.
Grace and I (Joe) had a great stay with you guys and want to thank you for being so friendly and informative about the city. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately recomend you to friends who go to SF.

I loved staying here. When I return to SF I will definitely stay here for my entire vacation. Incredible atmosphere and the best staff I have experienced at a hostel. I missed this place when I moved to the next location.
Hands down best American hostel I've stayed in - the experience was warm and comfortable, despite the rain!
