AWESOME staff and service. GREAT wifi. ALWAYS clean. Located perfectly near restaurants and public transportation. Staff held daily events for guest to attend. Great leadership. Safe environment for all kinds of people. Under bunks there are storage areas that can be locked.

Although it's cheap, it's remarkably clean and quiet. Staff are lovely people and make you feel welcome. Excellent value for the price. Fresh towels are provided and the bathrooms have soap and are very clean. There is a communal living room with free wifi, drinks and even food. Highly recommended for travelers with limited budget.

Staying with the PT-Hostel was awesome. You will meet so many nice and open-minded people here. The location is just perfect to explore SF. I will definitely come back to PT, when I am in SF again.
