Great location (near museums, chinatown and public transporatation), very helpful staff and felt very safe. I can't imagine that there is a better hostel to stay in San Francisco.
This hostel is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful, the travellers it attracts are likewise, and the location is ideal. it has everything you could ever want. ive been staying in hostels non stop for the past four months and this one is the pick of the bunch! they will bend over backwards for your needs or wants, and have helpful information for how to see San Fran. everything's clean. laid back. amazing.
I had a fantastic time at this place, it's the best hostel i've stayed in. The staff are really friendly, helpful and funny and I'm now going back to spend more time there.

This was my first time at a hostel. I found everybody was quiet and respectiful . There was parting, fun yet low key. Staff was wonderfull, kind and very helpfull. I would prefer a more wild Time but can't complain, I was very well taken care of.

Amazing place to stay for anyone, sociable or quiet. Everyone, staff and guests, were fun and interesting and respectful. Facilities though small were extremely clean and well kept. Very safe. Very very enjoyable time!
i can not recommend it highly enough. excellent facilities! the staff are what makes the stay though, and the small size means it's really personal. you'll love it!
