Great place to stay. The whole process was streamlined and very organized. The location is just about perfect and the price is very fair. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Overall a very positive experience.

Courtney and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. This is the perfect place to stay in San Fran if you are going solo. Met a number of great people throughout my stay because of the social environment the hostel facilitated.
A great intimate little hostel. The hosts were friendly but quite busy on the night I stayed. The huge locker space is fantastic, the kitchen, showers and communal area were convenient and useful. Plenty of entertainment suggestions/advice/doodles pinned to the walls really helped, being fresh to the city. Cheap too! I'd certainly stay again.
This was my first ever stay at a hostel and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Sam, Courtney and all staff made me feel right at home and w're very helpful during my stay. There is a friendly atmosphere in the common room and the group activities are a lot of fun!
This place was a great stay. As is typical for a hostel you've just got to be comfortable staying in close quarters with other guests. They are all very polite and friendly so no need to worry about the people factor - just remember to bring a lock for storing your personal belongings under your bed!
I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every second of it. The staff was awesome, everyone was friendly and helpful with directions, lit of activities, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bunk-beds are comfortable and study. I roos and ruen in my sleep and my bunkmates never noticed. I would definitely stay here again. The location is great. The communal atmosphere can't be beat.
It's very well organized, everybody is friendly. I rented a bicycle and felt safe leaving it (locked of course) on stairs. It occupies at least top floors of small building which is really close to everything and easy to find. I thought it would be good experience to stay for a day, but I actually think it's better for those who stay longer, and also for those who are international travelers and such. which is good.
