Very professional and thoughtful staff while also great fun. Definitely ranks as one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in.

The staff in this hostel is just awesome. Mostly travellers themselves, they know what you are looking for and will tell you what's worth it and where not to go. I'd always go back to this hostel!
Vacation couldn't of been better, the hostel was in a great location, and very fun to be at. Almost every night I was there the staff or other people would invite me to go do fun stuff in town. I will definitely stay again next time. Adam
This hostel is fantastic. All the staff and visitors were incredibly friendly. 3 out of 4 nights we joined in group outings on the town. I will be going back there.

This is the best hostel I´ve ever visited!
At first glance I was sure I´d run away the very next day. However, I came returning to this small and charmy \"cruiseship\" in the middle of city.
The feeling of the hostel was very much like a home away from home. The staff took excellent care of each one of their guests, as close friends, or family members. They could spend up to an hour on each guest arriving, telling about the does and don´ts in San Francisco, and helping out the best
What an absolutely amazing place! The staff are so friendly, the location is really good and there's always someone up for doing something cool. It feels more like staying over at a friend's house than staying in a hostel! I wish I had stayed there for longer.
this is the best place you can find yourself, basically: the location - hidden in absolute center of san fran, staff friendly and helpful, etc. No need of comments guys - THIS PLACE IS 100% at all!!!
Nice Hostel, great for staying for a few days. The beds are very stable and comfortable.
