It's an amazing place to stay! I highly recomend to all travelers who are bored of staying in hotel rooms. Here you can meet people from all around the world and make friends, share your stories from trips and have a good rest. It's such a great/central location. Good with both quiet spaces and social spaces. I look forward to staying here again.
The location was awesome-it was still central without being right there in the middle of everything. Everything was nearby with easy access. Walkable to many places in the city. Staff were super friendly and helpful :) highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Pacific Tradewinds! The hostel is very clean and organized, the people are SO friendly and helpful, I never had to wait for a bathroom. I literally have no complaints. This was the perfect place to stay on a solo, budget vacation. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location!!! You can walk to Union Square and is near Bart and Muni stations. Affordable lyft or uber to other cool SF places. Clean bed and bathroom. With such friendly hosts. Real value for money. Will definitely stay here again when i comeback to San Francisco.
