We would have probably been on the streets of San Francisco if PTW didn’t save us!

These guys are amazing. So helpful and kind. My friend and I had been travelling in the states without internet so we booked this place really quickly without knowing what to expect. We barely had internet anywhere so we didn’t see our emails that check ins after 12:30 AM weren’t permitted, however they were so kind and welcoming of our mistake they still took us in. We would have probably been on the streets of San Fran if they didn’t save us! The place is very clean and organized which makes you feel very at home especially when you’re in a huge rush travelling everywhere. Chad took us around the fisherman’s wharf and was so friendly. It was great to have someone that knew the city show us around without feeling like you were a tourist. Thank you so much for a great stay!
