This was my first international trip alone, and I feel so lucky to have met such friendly people at Pacific Tradewinds - both staff and other guests. The hostel has everything you need, from comfortable beds, showers with excellent pressure, to a well-appointmented kitchen (and can't forget the pb&j and ramen!) The location is also great in terms of transit access and being close to North Beach, Little Italy and Chinatown. I'd also like to give a shout out to the fantastic staff who made this such a welcoming place - Meg, Zeke, Lila and Charles you are all awesome :) :)
