Super friendly and helpful staff, way beyond my expectations. Staff helped pull my ass out of a silly jam I stepped into on my travels, making you feel totally safe and welcome. Folks staying at the hostel were a great group of people, and the hostel breakfasts and dinners were a great opportunity to discover other venues in the city. Particular thanks to Brian the Flyin Scotsman for being a great stand up guy you can count on.
