“It's great because the location is really convenient. I had suitcases but I could walk to the location from BART, San Francisco's subway system. When the staff have time, they come down to the ground floor to help you with the bags. I really liked the fact the carpets in the room were clean and that they had a friendly good system of everyone cleaning up in the kitchen. If you are a private person, you don't have to feel you need to talk to everyone, but if you want to chat, the atmosphere is good for that. Perfect combination.”
