Peace and fun-loving sense of community

It was a very good experience; the atmosphere was open and everyone was flexible and accommodating, but the fact that the rules were clearly set out from the beginning also helped - guests were very civil and considerate of others. On some of the evenings I wanted to talk to other guests, and that was easy to do and great fun; on others I was tired and wanted to go to bed early, and that was easy to do as well. It really felt that there was someone making the right choices of staff and rules to keep the hostel running the way it does. Building a sense of community among people who come and go is no little feat - and you're great at it.
