It was my 1st ever hostel, (which the friendly staff took on board & welcomed me so well). There\'s such a friendly vibe, VERY social (unlike other hostels I went to later on) clean & comfortable. The Manager took us out to make sure we got there safely, there was a VERY in depth discussion about the city with a map and great deals about. I liked it so much that even though my flight to Sydney was from LA and I was already in LA, I flew over to SF just to spend my last 2 nights here! AWESOME.
