This is the place to go! I felt like I was a local, as I bonded with the staff and other hostel guests so quickly. I most enjoyed going out as a group, and checking out cool events that I haven't even heard of! It really felt like family! Also everything was always kept immaculate, and I always felt like my belongings were super secure. I even left my phone in the common room over night by mistake, and it was there in the morning!
All the staff were very helpful and easy going if you needed something. Very accommodating. Clean, great atmosphere all around. In a great location lot's to do within walking distance. Also FREE PB &J, YUM!!

Having stayed in a few hostels before, Pacific has got to be the best one I've come across. Not only is the actual building and rooms incredibly clean, the team go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Little touches like the sock wash and free PB&J make all the difference and couldn't recommend it more highly.

Super friendly and inviting people. I would stay here again and recommend this hostel to any of my friends staying San Francisco. It is in a really cool spot too which makes it extremely easy to get to may different tourist attractions.
