Best Hostel I ever stayed at. The friendliest staff! It was extremely clean, and so cheap for all that you get. It is small which is great because you become friendly with everyone. It was great to see the owner and his family come in, you could tell that they loved doing it and meeting people all over the world. I hope to come back one day!!

I have a wonderful 8-day stay at Darren & Friends Hostel. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. This is an ideal place to stay, excellent position in the center of the city. If you go there take a padlock or combination lock so you can use the under bed storage compartment and store your valuables safely, but everyone there when I was staying were very considerate and friendly.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed at. You guys are doing an awesome job and you really make people feel like a guest, not a number. It's compact but the ambience is so friendly and people are really respectful. Loved it.

This was the first hostel I'd ever been to, and it left a great impression. Fantastic atmosphere (friendly, not over-crowded so socializing was easy), convenient location, good security, and clean facilities. After a long day of traveling, had no problem falling asleep. Even managed to meet a couple of friends I hope to stay in touch with!
