Backpackers get hungry.  We don't want to see uncomfortable and hangry backpackers so we provide free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches all day!  So yes, we are a hostel that provides free breakfast...if you want PB&J!  And, who said there's no such thing as a free lunch.  We've got free lunch...if you want PB&J!  Finally, if you don't like what we are making for dinner, you can have a free PB&J sandwich!
