What else can you ask for from PTW When there are Super Friendly Staff and the Hostel is centrally Located in SF?

I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. Place is centrally located at the edge of ChinaTown, North Beach, and the Financial District with convenient access to transportation and close to everything. What else can you ask for??
