Very Positive Over-all Experience

This was my first hostel experience and I wasn't really sure what to expect, but the staff and facility far exceeded my expectations. If I come visit SF again I would definitely consider staying here again. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, location is transit-friendly, and most of the visitors are friendly. Overall I had a very positive experience.
