The staff were absolutely wonderful and much more interactive then the ones I had been to before. Located right beside Chinatown was a massive plus for me and in fact it was a short walk from most of the interesting spots (or at least to the public transport that takes you there). An unforgettable 2 weeks in San Francisco, a result that was heavily influenced by the people that I met at this hostel.
