The hosts at Pacific Tradewinds in San Francisco were very nice and knowledgeable. Everything looked very clean and the bedrooms were pleasantly colorful. My friends and I were quiet as guests, and the hosts did not disturb us at all which in our case was fine. The location is prime for travelers as it is between the Financial district and Chinatown.
