Loved the location, cleanliness and hospitality

The staff and the fellow travelers here are extremely friendly. Everyone was helpful and inviting. It was refreshingly clean, and there is ample space beneath the bunks to keep several bags. I can't get over the location, you step right out the door into the energizing bustle of downtown. Chinatown is to the right, the financial district is straight ahead, and the iconic Transamerica Pyramid is to your left. Awesome. Loved the location, cleanliness, hospitality, PB&Js, etc. Keep up the good work.
