I will choose it over anywhere else in San Francisco

 I've been to a lot of hostels some good some bad, Pacific Tradewinds has it all. CLEAN (most important haha) warm excellent staff that maintain a chill environment for the guests, well planned space and also cool guests. Any time I can get space here I will choose it over anywhere else in San Francisco.
