Friendly and Helpful Staff

The staff is rather friendly and helpful. A special thank to the guy who checked me in(Erick or Rick if I'm not mistaken, sorry: too many new names for me)))). I was coming from Los Angeles and bus was supposed to come by midnight to San Francisco but it was broken and late for another hour, so I came to your hostel about 1,30 am. And your guy had to stay awake all this extra time and help me to find the best way to the hostel. And he did it great...I found my way rather fast... Just imagine: I was for the first time in San Francisco and could not find a taxi at that time, so had to walk.
