Experienced Superb Customer Service Without Being There

I was moving to San Francisco from So Cal, so I booked this hostel for a week in hopes that I would find a place to live within that time.I never actually got a chance to stay here because I found a place to live sooner than I thought, but the booking process was smooth and friendly, and when I called to cancel the rest of my nights they were very understanding and immediately refunded me the difference.
