Speech to Text Solution Original Voice Recording Sync'd with Text

I would like to know how to get a voice transcription file that includes both text and the original voice recording.  Dragon Dictate for Mac does a fairly good job at transcribing my voice.   However, it does make some mistakes (usually context related) and the resulting file needs to be cleaned up and edited by my virtual assistant.   With the text only it's sometimes difficult for her to determine what I actually said.    I'd like to be able to give her a single file that will allow her to click on a work or phrase and hear the original voice recording.    How would this be possible with a Nuance product or another product in conjunction with a Nuance product?
