Fun, safe, welcoming community. This was my first stay at a hostel and I very much enjoyed it. There is a good mix of daily activities and interesting conversations in the common area. Things are setup well so it's fun and easy to get involved or do your own thing. Free food and coffee, laundry service and amenities in general made for a super comfortable stay. I ended up hanging out and visiting with the random awesome folks around the hostel as I did going out sight seeing. I'd highly recommend this place as a foundation for any SF exploration.
