I was very impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were, and how clean and new the whole hostel looked. I'm not sure it's possible for anywhere to achieve full marks on both cleanliness and character (feel free to prove me wrong!) so that's why it's lost one there. Thoroughly recommended though.
