Awesome stay, fantastic staff! In short, this hostel rocks!!

Awesome stay, fantastic staff! I stayed at PTW when I was visiting San Fransisco for the first time, and I am so pleased I did!! I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist ever, who took pity on me after a long flight from New Zealand and got my bed ready so I could crash. The staff were super welcoming and gave me very detailed instructions on what to see and do, and most importantly how to get there!! I also found the other guests to be very inviting and being such a small hostel it's really easy to make friends and get to know people. The dormitories are really well set up and the beds are very comfortable, they even have duvet's on the bed which is a rare luxury in a hostel!! The kitchen is well equipped too, and I loved the free PBJ, bread and tea/coffee. In short, this hostel rocks!! The location is very good too, only 10 minutes to Union square. I will be back!!
