Great Staff With a Friendly and Safe Environment

Friendly, welcoming environment with great staff. Hostel was pretty small and up about 4 flights of stairs. Great staff with a friendly and safe environment. Very clean and tidy. Free towels and free sock wash! The hostel organizes a series of activities over each week, many of which are free (e.g. we went to "Darg Queens on Ice" while I was there). Provides a great opportunity to meet other travellers from the hostel and make new friends. Would recommend to anyone visiting San Francisco. Room Tip: The rooms are pretty compact, but they offer free ear plugs.
