Are you a beer lover? Or just beer-curious and want to know more? Kick off the Official San Francisco Beer Week here at Pacific Tradewinds Hostel! Matthew Curtis will host a 1.5hr beer tasting seminar that will be fun, interactive & informative. We will both taste and learn about a variety of different beer styles, brewing techniques and history. And of course, we will sample some of the California classics as well as some excellent new offerings from a variety of regional breweries. And don't forget the cheese! We will even pair up a couple of local cheeses with their neighboring beers. Various bars in San Francisco will host special events and tastings starting on Feb. 10th through the next week. Come stay at Pacific Tradewinds Hostel and get a jump on the action. Know your beer, discover what you really like, and go drinking like an educated fool. Please bring $10 per person in cash at the event to help Matthew cover the cost of the beers he will recommend.
