The staff at The Pacific Tradewinds Hostel are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet! They are travelers much like everyone else with their unique goals in life and stories to share. At first, you may feel like a complete stranger coming into a small hostel, but eventually you will start to feel like a family living under the same roof after a few days. Due to the small facility, it makes it a lot easier to interact with people allowing you to introduce yourself and sharing stories about your travels. The best part is probably the PB&J sandwich because it is FREE and San Francisco is an expensive city! However, the most important part is definitely being able to meet people from around the world and hearing their stories about their progress in life and the places they traveled. Overall, Pacific Tradewinds is an excellent place that allows you to either crash for a night or two or stay there for a longer period of time and build a relationship with the staff and travelers.
