Carnaval, one of the most spectacular parades in San Francisco, dances across the Mission District in May. Events will be happening May 25th and 26th, so check the web site for more details. Come out to see beautifully decorated floats, amazing costumes, and wonderful dancing. There will also be folkloric groups representing Guatemala, Honduras and Bolivia, Japanese drummers, Ploynesian dancers, African drummers, and Mexican Aztec performers.
