Dolores Park is a magical place. On sunny days, it is full to the brim of people eating, drinking, soaking up the sun, and just hanging out. It's a great place to see awesome views and make new friends. There's also a dope playground. Pro tip: if you stand at the top of the slide, you can get a pretty good view of the park with the city skyline behind it. We know you want that Instagram photo. One important note: PACK OUT YOUR TRASH. Days in Dolores Park should always be Leave No Trace: i.e. there should be no record you were there. We are having huge problems with tons of trash left behind. Let's keep the park beautiful for everyone! Bring a blanket to sit on and a picnic to enjoy with your hostel friends. It's OK to bring beer, but avoid bringing glass, because they have laws against it.
