Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is perhaps the most fair and flexible you will find at any hostel or hotel. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of your reservation, we will always refund the initial payment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date, a refund will depend on if we are able to re-sell your bunk to another guest. Then, you will receive a refund for any amounts you prepaid to us (minus a small $2 transaction fee, if you paid by credit card). If we are not able to resell the bunk, then you will not be refunded.
The only things we cannot refund are the fees you may have paid to third party booking sites (like Hostelworld, Hostelbookers or Gomio). Usually, these sites will not refund your deposit, which is a good reason to book directly with us!
