Among the dozens of buildings in downtown SF are more than 20 beautiful, lush, and surprise open areas for the public. Nicknamed POPOS, these Privately-Owned Public Open Spaces provide a mini oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of downtown. They can range from mini redwood urban forests to green rooftops, spacious atriums and everything in between.
